The SEVERIN ZB 3617 vacuum rolls are a practical consumable compatible with all standard bar vacuum sealers, letting you cut bags to any length you need. With two rolls measuring 30 x 600 cm, they keep vegetables, meat and fish airtight to extend freshness considerably and prevent freezer burn. The strong, tear-resistant film of roughly 160 microns is tasteless, odourless and safe for boiling at up to 100 °C for four hours, making it reliable at every stage from freezing to sous-vide cooking. It can be resealed, making it economical and environmentally friendly, while the included labels make it easy to mark contents, date and weight.
