With 3 speed settings plus an intensive (booster) mode, it effectively removes grease, steam and odours produced during cooking, keeping the air clean even during heavy frying and roasting. The 3000 K LED strip lighting illuminates the hob clearly and comfortably. It is designed for ducted (extraction) operation and can also be converted to ductless (recirculation) use with an optional charcoal filter.
