The RISOLI Comofish is an oval fish pan designed specifically for cooking fish. Its die-cast aluminium body distributes heat evenly so the whole fish cooks uniformly, while the long, wide oval shape comfortably holds whole fish. The non-stick interior is PFOA-free, allowing healthy cooking with little oil and easy cleaning. The honeycomb-patterned base helps preserve the aroma and nutritional properties of the food. It can be used on gas, electric hobs, in the oven and on a barbecue; it is not suitable for induction hobs. Dishwasher safe. Made in Italy, this pan is ideal for fish as well as fillets and similar dishes.
