The GASTROBACK Vita-Spin fryer uses spinning technology to deliver crisp, lighter results with up to 60% less fat than conventional fryers. Its 2000-watt high-performance thermostat brings the oil precisely to the desired temperature of up to around 195°C, while two spinning speeds make it suitable even for delicate foods such as fish fingers. The removable, non-stick 2.5-litre oil tank handles roughly 1 kg of food and makes cleaning easy. A timer with indicator light, a basket-lift function and a lid with a viewing window and push-button opening keep everyday use simple.
