The Gastroback Slow Juicer Vita Fresh extracts juice from fruit and vegetables using a cold-pressing method that turns at only 50 revolutions per minute. This slow process minimises heat build-up and oxidation, so vitamins, enzymes and minerals are preserved, giving you a deeply coloured, richly flavoured juice that stays fresh in the fridge for up to 72 hours. The extra-wide 7.8 cm feed chute lets you add fruit and vegetables almost whole with little pre-cutting, while the 200 W motor handles hard produce such as carrots and beetroot as well as leafy greens, herbs and fibrous ingredients like ginger with ease. A reverse function prevents clogging, and the BPA-free Tritan bowls and fine stainless steel sieve keep juicing safe and hygienic. Consisting of just three main parts, the system is dishwasher safe, and quiet operation below 68 dB makes it comfortable to use at any time of day. It comes with a 0.8 litre juice jug, a pulp container and a cleaning brush.
