The Cuisinart MSC600E is a versatile electric multicooker that combines brown/sauté, slow cook, steam and keep-warm functions in a single unit. Its large 5.8-litre nonstick aluminium pot easily prepares 8-10 portions, making it ideal for large families and gatherings. With 1240 W of power, you can brown and sear ingredients directly in the pot and then slow cook them for hours without needing a separate pan. The temperature is adjustable up to 200 °C, and a timer of up to 24 hours gives you full control over cooking time; when the time is up, the unit automatically switches to keep-warm mode so the meal stays ready to serve. An LCD display and easy-to-use buttons simplify temperature and time settings. The glass lid lets you monitor cooking, while the included steaming rack lets you healthily steam vegetables and fish.
