The WMF Profi Plus cheese slicer produces thin, even slices from hard and semi-hard cheeses. Made from Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel, the 24 cm body combines polished and matte surfaces for an elegant look. Its permanent cutting edge shaves fine slices even from hard cheeses such as Parmesan and Manchego, and can also be used to grate chocolate. The functional parts are permanently set into the handle; it is taste-neutral, acid-resistant and dishwasher safe. A hanging loop makes for easy, space-saving storage.
