The Cecotec Slow Cooker Matic (ChupChup Matic) is a digital slow cooker with a large 5.5-litre oval ceramic pot that gently cooks stews, casseroles, soups, meat, poultry, vegetables and legumes over long hours. The removable ceramic pot lets you simmer ingredients slowly at low temperature for intense, tender textures. The folding glass lid with silicone seal keeps moisture in and lets you follow the cooking without lifting it. It offers two temperature levels, low and high: low for long, gentle simmering and high for browning and cooking in roughly half the time. With an LCD display and a timer programmable up to 20 hours, it switches off automatically when the time is up, while the keep-warm function holds your dish at the ideal serving temperature.
