The GASTROBACK Bartender Pro is a compact ice cube maker designed for home bars, cafes and bistros. Thanks to its silent, CFC-free high-performance compressor, it prepares 9 bullet-shaped ice cubes per cycle in just 7 to 15 minutes and can produce up to 15 kg of ice in 24 hours. Two selectable cube sizes, small and large, let you make ice to suit each drink. The 2.8-litre water tank with fill level indicator, removable ice container and ice scoop make it practical to use, while the self-cleaning function simplifies maintenance.
