Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties and Subject

This contract governs the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER, between Halos Trading Ltd. (SELLER) on one side and the BUYER placing an order via halostrading.com on the other.

2. Product and Payment

The type, quantity, sale price and payment method of the product are as stated on the order page. Prices include VAT. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer/EFT or cash on delivery.

3. Delivery

The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form within 1–3 business days, subject to stock. For large white goods, an installation appointment is scheduled together with delivery. Delivery is free throughout North Cyprus.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt without giving any reason. The product's box, packaging and accessories must be complete and unused.

5. Disputes

In any disputes arising from this contract, the provisions of North Cyprus Consumer Law and the competent consumer authorities shall apply.
