Cancellation, Return and Right of Withdrawal

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled free of charge via our call center or WhatsApp line.

Return Conditions

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns of installed products are assessed separately.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, the product is collected from your address. After the product reaches us and is inspected, payment is refunded via the same method within the first 14 business days.

Exchange

You are entitled to a free exchange or repair for defective or faulty products.
